Top 3 Factors for an Effective Elearning Module
I believe the 3 factors needs for an effective eLearning Module include:
A Needs Assessment– you need to know what your client and learner need from the program, why it’s important, and what it’s supposed to do.
An Audience Analysis- who will be taking the course, what is their level of knowledge, how do they feel about technology, what’s their motivation
An Evaluation- You need to know how learners felt about the program, did it fulfill their needs, were they satisfied, was their motivation reached. An evaluation lets you as the designer know your on the right track, how to make improvements, and what should be duplicated. Without an evaluation of your work you won’t learn and grow as a designer and this field is all about evolving for effective solutions.
